Många skolor ser datadrivna metoder som ett sätt att höja utbildningskvaliteten. Men vad är det som främjar eller hindrar skolor som vill jobba datadrivet? Inom ramen för Ifous-programmet Datadriven skolförbättring fick Robert Hegestedt möjlighet att undersöka detta som följeforskare.

Lärarstiftelsen inleder ett arbete för att bygga en långsiktig nationell struktur för beprövad erfarenhet inom läraryrket. Syftet är att synliggöra och sprida den erfarenhetsbaserade kunskap som finns i skolans praktik och att stärka lärarprofessionens gemensamma kunskapsbas.

There have been growing concerns about school absenteeism in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic. Yet, little is known about the precursors to absenteeism. Structured teacher collaboration has considerable potential to support teachers’ professional learning. The current article focuses on what characterises teachers’ decision-making processes during teamwork. 

This paper analyses and discusses the possibilities and challenges of collegial mutual deliberation among teachers as a way of counteracting racism. It takes its starting point in research on teacher collaboration that emphasises the importance of creating conditions locally for critical discussions, building on knowledge from different perspectives and going beyond simple solutions.

Efter pandemin förväntas universitetslärare kunna undervisa både på plats och på distans, något som kan påverka undervisningens kvalitet. Nu menar forskare att lärarna behöver få bättre möjlighet att fokusera på undervisningens kärna – innehållet.
