Syftet med projekt ”Skolledares arbetsmiljö del 2” var att bedriva forskning som fördjupade ochutvecklade den samlade kunskapen om rektorers arbetsmiljö och hälsa med ett särskilt fokus på att öka kunskapen om hur rektorernas organisatoriska och sociala arbetsmiljö kan främja etthållbart skolledarskap.
